Parking Information: Parking permits are available from KMP Solutions. The parking is located at the side of the building, and in the larger car park to the rear of the building.

Bicycles: There are two secured bike sheds. Please speak to the Porter to enquire about spaces.

Bins: The main rubbish bins both for recycling and landfill rubbish are located in the lower car park inside the electronic gates. Each flat has a brown bin for food waste. For large and bulky items, Haringey Council can collect for a fee of £25. To book, call 020 8885 7700 or email enquiries.haringey@veolia.com.

Pet Policy: Dogs must always be kept on a lead, including in the residential garden. Permission must be obtained from the freeholder/KMP to keep pets.

Recognised Tenants’ Association

Northwood Hall Leaseholders’ Group (NWHLG) is the officially Recognised Tenants’ Association. We are friendly, collaborative, community-spirited and democratic. The committee liaises regularly with the managing agents to ensure that leaseholders’ and residents’ interests are best served.

If you want to know (and have a say in) what is going on at Northwood Hall, we invite you to join the NWHLG. We welcome both resident and non-resident leaseholders as members, as well as tenants, despite our name!

We provide regular news and updates on what is happening at the block. We hold a drop-in on the first Saturday of every month (11am in the lobby) for you to discuss any issues/matters with the NWHLG Committee personally. The managing agents consult with the Committee on all issues that affect both leaseholders and residents, and very often take our lead.
